Q. How much money actually goes to the kids?

A. 100% Everything is volunteered from the marketing materials to time spent.

Q. What if some kids already have Mitts or don't need them?

A. We are working with the Schoolboard and will be working with the teachers to determine needs within individual schools and the classrooms.If they are not needed then they will be distributed where they are needed. There are 17 inner city schools where kids really need gloves. That is almost 6,000 students. And there are lots of other schools where kid's parents are being challenged by the recession.We can't always distinquish where the needs are so we rely on the kids and the teachers to help us out. What we have found is that hardship has no boundries and spirit can be everywhere.

Q. Do I get a tax receipt?

A. Unfortunately not because we are not a registered charity. This is a grass roots FROM THE HEART campaign.
